Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO campaigns.
- Assist in technical SEO audits, identifying site errors and optimization opportunities.
- Support the technical recruiting team by sourcing candidates and updating job boards.
- Write compelling job descriptions and optimize candidate profiles.
- Analyze web traffic data using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve content strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or SEO principles is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
