Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal employees via ticketing systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve common IT incidents.
- Participate in system upgrades and software deployment projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
