Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist senior developers in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code for web and mobile applications.
- Testing & QA: Participate in the testing lifecycle, identifying bugs, and reporting issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and code comments, to improve team collaboration.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools, presenting findings to the team during weekly meetings.
- Collaboration: Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to specific project milestones under the guidance of project managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred) and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) with the possibility of extending to full-time post-graduation.
