Responsibilities
- Code Development: Assist senior developers in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
- Testing & QA: Participate in the software testing lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging issues to ensure product stability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers in our Denver HQ.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, and user guides to support the development lifecycle.
- Code Reviews: Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Support: Provide technical support for internal tools and assist in troubleshooting client-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. College credit required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or React) and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Ethic: A self-starter who is eager to learn and can work both independently and in a team environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week, including some flexibility for end-of-semester crunches.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Denver, Colorado.
- Interest in Daily Pay: A demonstrated interest in financial wellness and flexible compensation models.
