Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to internal staff.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN).

- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work part-time, including some evenings or weekends if required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
