Responsibilities
- Assist the technical recruiting team with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Support the drafting and distribution of outreach emails and job postings to potential applicants.
- Help maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Participate in screening calls and assist in coordinating interview schedules for hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions for SEO.
- Assist in organizing and hosting career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of search engines and SEO principles is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
