Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Support the engineering squad in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications.
- Database Management: Help maintain and optimize company databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies to ensure data integrity.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Perform thorough testing and debugging of software features to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and user manuals to facilitate team knowledge sharing.
- Collaborative Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to contribute to team strategy.
- Research & Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions.
- Project Support: Execute specific tasks assigned by project managers to meet tight deadlines and project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies in a professional setting.
- Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
