As an intern, you will work closely with senior developers and engineers to support our core product lines. You will be exposed to agile methodologies, modern software architecture, and a collaborative culture that values creativity and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and test software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in various programming languages.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to improve existing processes.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of legacy systems.
- Document technical requirements and system architecture for future reference.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) and databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to start immediately and work on-site in Austin, TX.
