Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and server health during off-peak hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues reported by internal users.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets and workstations.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team on 24/7 support rotations and troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine security audits and patch management updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI Model).
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting, logical reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Linux environments.
