- Update and organize digital databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the wider team.
- Attend weekly training sessions focused on professional development, industry trends, and technical skills.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on internal projects to gain a holistic view of how our business operates.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and assisting with interview scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn above all else.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software tools.
