Responsibilities
- Assist the IT infrastructure team with daily hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with developers to test and debug code for internal applications.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation updates.
- Support the deployment of new software releases and system upgrades.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our business goals.
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining data integrity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and basic understanding of SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
