Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Configure and manage desktop environments (Windows/macOS).
- Assist in the setup of conference rooms and AV equipment.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our industry.
- Support the IT security team in implementing access controls.
- Perform regular backups and data recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) or SQL is a plus.
