Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting keyword research and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Write compelling job descriptions and blog content optimized for search engines.
- Analyze website traffic data and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate databases in ATS systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts (e.g., keywords, meta tags, backlinks) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
