Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in the design, development, and testing of enterprise-level software applications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure code quality and team alignment.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Contribute to documentation and technical wikis to support team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go).
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Willingness to work on-site in our Boston office for a hybrid schedule.
