Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the weekend team in executing daily workflows and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients and visitors during weekend hours, providing top-tier support and gathering feedback.
- Technical Assistance: Support the IT department with troubleshooting, data entry, and system maintenance.
- Content Management: Help update and maintain company documentation, databases, and internal communications.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and logistics of weekend events and training sessions.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly weekend stand-ups and contribute ideas to team projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
