Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications under senior developer guidance
- Participate in weekend sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly documentation
- Analyze data sets to generate actionable insights for product teams
- Collaborate with marketing to create technical content and demos
- Support QA testing cycles and bug resolution initiatives
- Present project findings to stakeholders during weekend showcases
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with academic advisor approval for college credit
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (experience with React a plus)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM EST)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
