Responsibilities
- Assist the support team in managing and prioritizing weekend tickets and customer inquiries.
- Conduct research and data entry to support ongoing marketing campaigns and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to prepare weekly reports and presentation decks.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with our weekend audience to drive engagement.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
