Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Management: Assist the content team in researching keywords and optimizing blog posts for local search visibility in Northern California.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage and moderate our weekend social media channels to increase community engagement and brand awareness.
- Data Analysis: Track weekly performance metrics using Google Analytics and prepare simple reports for the marketing lead.
- Event Coordination: Support weekend marketing events and pop-up activations by handling logistics, attendee check-ins, and promotional materials.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends in the local SF tech market.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays (approx. 10-15 hours per weekend).
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from our San Francisco office.
