Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues across 50+ weekend staff
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems with zero-touch deployment tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity using Cisco Meraki systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with remote teams via Slack and Jira ticketing systems
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and patch deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Associate/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS administration and networking
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk) preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available for 16-20 hours weekly (Saturdays 8am-5pm, Sundays 10am-6pm)
