Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare and distribute weekend promotional materials and social media content.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends specific to the Los Angeles and Pennsylvania markets.
- Monitor and update internal databases to maintain accurate records during off-hours.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings and project planning sessions held on Saturdays.
- Support client onboarding activities and handle basic inquiries via email and internal communication tools.
- Assist in organizing and attending weekend networking events and webinars.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (must be eligible to receive college credit).
- Availability to work weekend shifts, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
