Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone during weekend hours.
- Support project management activities, including scheduling and documentation.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly reports for the management team.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
