Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team in executing weekend social media campaigns and content creation.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Support daily office administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Attend and contribute to weekend team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.
- Manage and update internal project databases and client contact lists.
- Coordinate logistics for weekend events, client visits, and office activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
