Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify trends and optimize content for search engines.
- Assist in the creation and editing of weekly blog posts and social media content.
- Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) to track performance and report on key metrics.
- Support the weekend customer support team by resolving inquiries and maintaining communication channels.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Assist in optimizing landing pages for better conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
