Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks on weekends.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms.
- Support local event coordination and on-site activities in the Phoenix area.
- Conduct market research and analyze local trends in the Pennsylvania and Arizona markets.
- Prepare presentation materials and weekly summaries for the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all intern activities and project progress.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (or recent graduate).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
