Responsibilities
- Assist the team with data entry, filing, and record-keeping for weekend operations.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone during shift hours.
- Support the execution of weekend marketing events and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly reports on local industry trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify process improvements for weekend tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
