Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer databases and internal documentation accurately.
- Provide excellent customer support and engagement during weekend shift hours.
- Coordinate logistics for weekend promotional events and community outreach.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to suggest improvements.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or IT).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local travel.
