Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing weekend promotional events and local outreach campaigns.
- Manage and organize digital content archives and customer databases with high accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service support to local clients via phone and email during business hours.
- Conduct market research and analyze local competitor activities in the Sacramento area.
- Collaborate with senior staff to prepare reports and presentations for weekly review meetings.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace for the weekend operations team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
