Responsibilities
- Content Management: Assist in curating and posting engaging content across social media platforms during weekend shifts.
- SEO Support: Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing web content for local San Antonio market relevance.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on weekends to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Analysis: Track weekly performance metrics and prepare simple reports on social media engagement and website traffic.
- Event Coordination: Support weekend on-site or virtual events by managing logistics and attendee communication.
- Admin Support: Organize digital files, update databases, and assist in preparing weekly team presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of social media trends and basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
