Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend project team with data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during shifts.
- Support client onboarding processes and prepare necessary documentation.
- Conduct market research and prepare weekly summaries for the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Collaborate with full-time staff during weekend operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (Full days preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for occasional off-site tasks).
