Responsibilities
- Assist Weekend Operations: Provide critical support to the on-site team during weekend hours to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Content Management: Help update and maintain our company website, blog, and social media channels with engaging content.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data reports to assist the management team in making informed decisions.
- Client Support: Interact with clients and customers via email and phone to resolve inquiries and provide technical assistance.
- Project Assistance: Support the execution of ongoing marketing campaigns and internal tech projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn new software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
