Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with administrative tasks, data entry, and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support internal decision-making processes.
- Manage and update client databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate logistics for weekend events and team building activities.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
