Responsibilities
- Content & Social Support: Assist in creating engaging social media content, writing blog posts, and managing community engagement on weekends.
- Technical Assistance: Support the QA and development teams with basic testing, bug reporting, and data collection tasks.
- SEO & Analytics: Monitor website traffic, analyze keyword performance, and assist in optimizing content for search engines.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and execute weekend webinars, meetups, or internal team-building activities.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights to help shape our product strategy.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to weekend clients via chat or email, resolving inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (weekend shifts).
- Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO principles, or social media platforms is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required, but internships or academic projects are a plus.
