Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocols
- Document troubleshooting processes and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent incidents
- Contribute to IT asset inventory management
- Shadow senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program (AA/Bachelor's)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
