Responsibilities
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and managing online content calendars.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the sales team with data entry, lead generation, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and participate in weekend community events and office activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional customer support and answer inquiries via email and phone.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
