Responsibilities
- Code Contribution: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web applications and internal tools under the guidance of senior developers.
- Bug Fixing: Identify, analyze, and resolve software bugs and technical issues within the development team's codebase.
- Testing: Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality and stability across different browsers and devices.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and daily stand-ups to discuss project progress, technical challenges, and solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and API references to support the engineering team.
- Deployment: Assist with the deployment process and configuration management for weekend release cycles.
- Learning: Engage in continuous learning by attending technical workshops and leveraging company resources.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Visual Studio Code.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
