Responsibilities
- Content Management: Assist in curating and posting content across social media platforms during weekend shifts.
- Event Support: Provide on-site support for weekend community events and webinars.
- Data Analysis: Help track engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Customer Engagement: Manage direct communications with clients and community members via email and chat.
- Research: Conduct market research to identify trends relevant to our weekend campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- A passion for digital media and technology.
