What You'll Do
As a Weekend Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our technical infrastructure and supporting internal operations during off-hours. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth system functionality.
Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Monitor and perform routine maintenance on internal servers and workstations to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Assist the IT support team in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by employees.
- Documentation: Update technical documentation and log system changes accurately.
- Support: Provide basic technical support for hardware and software inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Testing: Assist in the testing and validation of new software deployments before weekend rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems independently.
