Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in ticketing systems
- Provide remote and in-person technical support during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system improvements
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and updates
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Available for 16-24 hours per weekend (Sat-Sun)
