Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers and cloud systems
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT challenges
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and system vulnerability assessments
- Participate in weekend system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Train end-users on new technologies and software implementations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Relevant coursework or personal projects demonstrating technical aptitude
