Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist customers with hardware and software troubleshooting via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Interact professionally with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekend team meetings to align on support strategies.
- Training Implementation: Attend internal training sessions on new products and company protocols.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex technical issues and route them to senior staff for resolution.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor's or Associate's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and internet browsers. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot basic technical problems efficiently.
