Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for weekend operations
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems
- Monitor network performance and security protocols

- Participate in weekend on-call rotations
- Assist with system backups and disaster recovery
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic networking and OS knowledge (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for 16-hour weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Legal authorization to work in the US required
