Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory management and logistics during weekend peak hours.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend community events.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and suggest workflow improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for the team.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or Operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
