- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and client queries.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of company databases and documentation.
- Collaborate with the weekend operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
