Our interns work in a fast-paced environment troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing cloud platforms, and developing documentation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while building your professional network in Manhattan's tech hub.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for enterprise clients via remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Create detailed technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for urgent incidents
- Contribute to knowledge base improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Valid US work authorization required
- Availability for 16-24 hours/week (weekends)
