Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and content creation strategies.
- Manage and update company databases and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations summarizing key performance indicators.
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries via email and phone channels.
- Assist in organizing and attending company events and networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be available to start between June and September (Summer) or September and December (Fall).
