- Manage and organize digital files, databases, and administrative records with high attention to detail.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
- Shadow senior staff members to gain insight into operational workflows and best practices.
- Update and maintain the company’s online presence and directory listings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Strong interest in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate class loads.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
