Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the marketing and tech teams with daily operations, data entry, and content management systems.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Content Creation: Help draft engaging social media posts, blog articles, and internal reports.
- Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and maintain office equipment.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of upcoming company events and webinars.
- Analytics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available for at least 15-20 hours per week.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
