Responsibilities
- Assist the software development team with coding, debugging, and software testing.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and document software bugs and feature requests.
- Manage and update internal documentation, wikis, and knowledge bases.
- Monitor system performance logs and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and deliverables.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Research emerging technologies and provide insights to the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts and data structures (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week, preferably during evening hours.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings.
