Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for our recruitment brand.
- Assist in writing and optimizing SEO-friendly blog posts, job descriptions, and social media content.
- Support the technical recruiting team with resume screening and candidate outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and implement basic SEO improvements.
- Manage and update job listings on various job boards and internal applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns to drive traffic to our career pages.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or HR preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and technical recruiting concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Ability to work part-time (approx. 15-20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
