What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and JavaScript.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and fix software defects in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Assist in the development of responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Available to work 20-25 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality code for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
- Debug and optimize existing software solutions.
- Write technical documentation for new features.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++ preferred).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (20-30 hours/week).
